What condition has jurisdiction of a youngster custody scenario if I want to avert my youngster from getting relocated out of state?
My youngster and my ex-spouse nevertheless reside in the state we ended up divorced in, although I have since moved across the border to another condition. My ex-spouse recently educated me that she is moving with our child across the place.
